Patients For Safe Access
National Day of Action
Updated: Aug 18, 2022
Ireland's National Day of Action will take place outside the Department of Health on Tuesday August 23rd @ 2pm.

The National Day of Action is a peaceful gathering that will have doctors, politicians, patients, advocates, influencers, and legal experts speaking on safe access to medical cannabis in Ireland.

We are demanding that the restrictive Medical Cannabis Access Program to be reviewed and expanded to cover other conditions such as chronic pain. We are also demanding that your GP can prescribe medical cannabis, rather than a consultant specialist.

Patients For Safe Access Ireland are working collectively with Crainn, Major Group For Reform, Tom Curran, Aimee Brown, Cannabis Activist Alliance, Stephen Garland and many more, to bring you this wonderful event.
This campaign is to raise awareness that regular people use cannabis as medicine, and should not be stigmatised.
